Requirements:
-Ability to assimilate fully into a Magic Culture

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred however not required
-3+ years of Sales Experience (Inside, B2B and C-Level Sales experience a plus)
-SaaS Sales experience preferred but not required
-Ability to self develop a sales pipeline (Existing book/network preferred)
-CRM Experience
-Knowledge of Social Media platforms required
-Strong business and business communication acumen required
-Self starter who needs little management, just a track to run on

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enroll clients into Acceleration programs and schedule Speaking Engagements.
- A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
- Use varying platforms of social media to engage clients and add value across business and personal relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualified leads, and sell coaching as well as other HTS products and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Optional travel to HTS events.
- You will need the ability to build rapport and to correspond with people from all over the world.
